Please come showered, as you must remove your shoes at the door of the studio.

No cologne or perfume, as these can transfer to the equipment we want to keep it scent free for everyone.

You will be provided a Mat Towel as shown in the photos, along with a 7' x 30" mat, two foam blocks, and a foam roller log that you may use during the event.

We offer healthy low cost snacks and drinks from $2 to $4, Kava Soda is $9, and bottled water is only $1.
