Marguerite Braude is a dedicated Yoga and PiYo instructor known for her uplifting energy, graceful teaching style, and deep passion for helping students feel strong, centered, and empowered in their bodies. With a background in both PiYo (Pilates + Yoga Fusion) and Chair Yoga, Marguerite creates classes that are accessible to all ages and ability levels—from beginners to advanced practitioners.
