The event space at ENLIGHTENING ALL™ is designed to host a wide variety of gatherings, from creative workshops to celebrations and community meetings. We strive to make our space welcoming, flexible, and safe for everyone. Here’s what you need to know about the types of events we host and the policies that help everything run smoothly.
Event Types We Host
- Banquets & Parties: Birthdays, anniversaries, graduation parties, and other celebrations.
- Workshops & Classes: Art, music, wellness, yoga, business, and educational sessions.
- Meetings & Seminars: Business meetings, networking events, and community forums.
- Performances & Open Mics: Live music, spoken word, theater, and talent shows.
- Ceremonies: Award ceremonies, recitals, and special recognitions.
- Faith-Based Gatherings: Church events, Bible studies, and spiritual workshops.
- Hybrid & Livestream Events: Combine in-person and online participation for wider reach.
Policies
- Booking & Deposits: A deposit is required to secure your date. Full payment is due before the event.
- Cancellations: Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Deposits may be refundable depending on notice given.
- Alcohol & Beverages: You may bring your own non-alcoholic beverages. Beer and wine are allowed for adult events, but no hard liquor. All alcohol policies must comply with local laws.
- Food & Catering: You’re welcome to bring your own food or hire outside caterers. Please inform us in advance for setup needs.
- Decorations: Decorations are encouraged! Please avoid anything that could damage the facility (no nails, staples, or open flames).
- Noise & Curfew: Please be respectful of our neighbors. Events must conclude by the agreed-upon time.
- Clean-Up: Basic cleaning is included, but you are responsible for removing personal items and excessive mess.
- Accessibility: Our space is fully accessible for guests with disabilities.
- Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times.
- Prohibited Activities: No smoking, illegal substances, or dangerous activities are allowed on the premises.
