Bret Fencl has been writing songs since 1985 and building software since the Commodore 64 days. He is a Certified Yoga Teacher, web designer, inventor, and a three-time knee surgery survivor. The first surgery, in 1991, came from a motorcycle accident; he got married two months later still in a full leg cast, and rebuilt his strength by riding a bicycle every day on the theory that “you don't need an ACL to ride a bike.”
He has been collecting ideas, experiments, recipes, formulas, drills, and field notes for decades — mostly to use himself, eventually for the people he teaches in person.
