EDM fueled yoga session from 6:30pm-7:30pm, follow by an ecstatic dance party from 7:30pm-9:30pm.

We begin grounded with Tempo Flow Yoga: breath-led, musical pacing, fluid transitions. As the energy builds and the lights shift, the DJ beat rises—and you transition naturally from guided flow to free form ecstatic dance.
